The release of Terminator: Resistance ENHANCED is still causing confusion for many Terminator fans. So, in this article we’ll be doing our best to answer the questions we keep receiving about the upcoming ENHANCED release, new DLC content and the previously PC released Infiltrator Mode, and hopefully we can help to clarify the issue.

“At the current time we only have plans to bring ENHANCED to PS5, but all upcoming DLC will be made available to PC players also.”

“We are not planning to release the game to Xbox Series X and S.”

Is Terminator: Resistance ENHANCED, and new DLC content, coming to XBOX ONE?
Negative (no). A previous PC patch is expected to roll out soon for both XBOX ONE and PS4 but don’t get too excited when it does, because it apparently won’t include Infiltrator Mode and just contains bug fixes, some graphical improvements, and some more intellectual AI from the enemies which will be better matched to the corresponding difficulty levels in the game. This patch was already rolled out to PC last year.

“Players who own a PlayStation®4 version of the game will also receive a free upgrade to the PlayStation®5 version.”

This leaves players who want the new content with two options, buy Terminator: Resistance for PC via Steam or GOG, or… Playstation 5. Hopefully the game will have more longevity and more content on Playstation 5 and PC, maybe that will make disappointing fans still on last generation worth it (maybe).

That’s a shame! Xbox Series X is the most powerful console so the game would look amazing.
Wtf, that’s so stupid. Why can’t it just release for the Xbox? You guys made the game for both consoles, it just doesn’t make sense.
Obviously Sony paid them to keep it to PS5 but don’t worry after 5 mins you would see how bad this game is. Just look on Youtube . Play Terminator game on original Xbox it is way more fun.
The game is trash anyway. Basically shovelware they tried to pass off at a premium price.

It’s a shame that console wars BS is still ongoing. I hate exclusivity and it makes me less likely to get excited for that company’s next game. No reason to get excited if you next hear that your console won’t be getting the game.
I thoroughly enjoyed the game on the Xbox. Trash? No. I am not a hardcore elitists gamer, yet the game is far from a masterpiece. However, it is by far the best console Terminator game to date. Yes I am disappointed there will be no updates on the Xbox. Seems Microsoft doesn’t like its customer base (Miles Morales, anyone?).

This is a crock of Bull 💩! Even though I don’t own the Xbox X I do however own a PS4 even though I cannot get the enhanced version figure it’s because the PS4 cannot handle the graphics it’s the DLC is what tick’s me off! So Xbox S owners and PS4 owners are getting screwed!

Use common sense, people. Why would the developer do this? There is only one logical reason. Sony paid them to prevent it from releasing on Xbox Series consoles. It’s becoming more obvious day by day that Sony are a bunch of babies who can’t play fair.
This is how Sony steals customers, in a very shady way, unbeknownst to the customer, unless you pay attention. Don’t blame Microsoft or the developer for this one. I can guarantee this is Sony’s doing.
