Mattson Tomlin recently revealed that he’d had a cybernetic mascot helping him out whilst he worked on the Terminator: Anime Series. In the image you can see a Schwarzenegger Terminator doll from Terminator 2 3-D: Battle Across time, which is sat on a desk next to a laptop containing the partial view of a script. Upon matching this up with an older image that Mattson had previously posted with the caption “Insane“, it reveals a full script page (below). Though as we pointed out – the dates didn’t match.
Now it looks like the dates not matching is down to it being a different episode!

A new image which was posted to Twitter shows Mattson Tomlin standing over a table containing eight scripts, presumably eight episodes for season one of the Skydance / Netflix series.

Eight whole episodes to binge watch sounds like a decent amount to us! Whether MODEL 101 is the subtitle of every episode of Season One (with each episode splitting off from the main storyline of the T-800 origins), or if it’s just the title of a singular episode – remains to be seen, but it looks highly likely that we’re getting that Genesis story for the T-800 which will make many fans very happy.

Please don’t say “Genesis”. That word is cursed.

I’m halfway interested. Could go either way.

My theory is that instead of calling the first chapter Episode 1, he’s calling it Model 101.

Episode 2 is Model 102, Episode 3 is Model 103, and so on and so forth.

They’re episode titles basically. Kinda clever if that’s the case.

I’m sure that I’m not alone when I say that I’ve never heard of matson tomlin but I hope he’s worth it, the last few terminator writers clearly only got the job because they were friends with the right person.

Been following this guy mattson on his socials for a while now and I gotta say I have serious doubts about the anime. He’s proud of being WOKE. You guys should read the script that got him the batman gig. Kill the leopard. Dumb and WOKE. just look at this dumbass, he even got a tat to prove he’s AWAKE. LMFAO. The Anime’s gonna be some stupid virtue signalling crap that has nothing to do with what us fans really want.
