Deadline have reported that Terminator: Dark Fate’s Hollywood premiere (which was due for the 28th October), which included an after-party for stars and guests, has been cancelled.

Paramount and Skydance Media have canceled tonight’s Los Angeles premiere of Terminator: Dark Fate due to the ongoing Getty Fire which broke out overnight in the Sepulveda Pass connecting West L.A. to the San Fernando Valley.
Deadline
The premiere was to take place at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Imax on Hollywood Boulevard, with an after-party at the Tropicana in the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Paramount will be donating food intended for the after-party to the American Red Cross, which is serving those affected by the fires.
Paramount Pictures sent out a statement to the media…
“In light of the ongoing, active fires being battled in the area, Paramount Pictures and Skydance have canceled tonight’s Los Angeles premiere of Terminator: Dark Fate, we will be donating food intended for the after-party to the American Red Cross, which is serving those affected by the fires.”

Terminator: Dark Fate Director Tim Miller also said the following to THR
“The red carpet is not the reward for me. The movie is,” says Miller. “But I feel terrible for everybody else who had their families coming in. So we’re trying to fix that.”
Tim Miller told The Hollywood Reporter
Many stars were evacuated due to the risk from the fires including Arnold Schwarzenegger who also took to twitter very early in the morning to tell anyone at risk to “GET OUT” a line made famous in the first The Terminator (1984).
We evacuated safely at 3:30 this morning. If you are in an evacuation zone, don’t screw around. Get out. Right now I am grateful for the best firefighters in the world, the true action heroes who charge into the danger to protect their fellow Californians. #GettyFire

Due to the #GettyFires we have had to cancel the World Premiere of @terminator here in LA. All food that was going to the after party is now being donated to the Westwood Recreation center via the @americanredcross. If you’d like to help too, please consider making a donation. 🙏🏽 pic.twitter.com/BYsMXgozUC

It’s great to see Paramount Pictures donating food to the Red Cross to help those affected by the Getty fire,- hopefully it will alleviate some of the pressure on anyone already struggling with fallout from the uncertainty and displacement caused by the wildfires.

Does this mean there won’t be a premiere in the United States now ?
karma is a bitch ain’t it tim and jim?
that is what you get for butchering hollywood’s most loved franchise, giving false hopes and fake marketing to real fans who actually expected a real T3 sequel to the cult classic T2.. instead we get a shitfest PC fueled liberal agenda movie, that makes Genysis to look like Salvation compared to this!
Mostow’s T3 is the real T3 for me, not this weak attempt of reboot by jim butchering his own cannon story, after he whined like a bitch after wincent ward killed off bishop, newt and hicks in Alien 3!
