Check out this poster… it isn’t official but it is better than the official promo one we got of Sarah Connor! CAMW1N a member of Deviant Art created this menacing looking still of Arnold Schwarzenegger from the Terminator Genisys Trailer.
This kind of image is what we want to see; Arnold Schwarzenegger looking menacing and expressionless. It is obviously a photo manipulation from the trailer release but it shows us how we want to see Arnold… as the Terminator not as ‘The Protector’; a character who spews unnecessary dialogue aimed at children and people who get a buzz from hearing Arnold Schwarzenegger acting like a parrot,- the walking one liner (as I just typed that, an Expendables 3 advert plays on the TV in the background “Let’s get to the choppa”) is this the world we live in- a world where cinema is void of creativity and originality? Famous movie stars making trash movies all based on homages and remakes of remakes of remakes. Can we have something fresh please?

Let’s get to the choppah, let’s dive out ‘the choppah’… it doesn’t even work or look/sound good… Terrible. If this is classed as “entertainment” then I am taking my continued investment in this franchise under some serious consideration; which may include such measures as- A) not going to watch such shit B) by not purchasing home releases of said sewage.
I will support Terminator Genisys but if I don’t enjoy it then I definitely won’t be hiding my views and opinions.
David Ellison said a while ago that the film was to heavily feature Arnold and they didn’t want to make the film without his involvement in the lead role as the title Terminator character.
Give us an Arnold Schwarzenegger Terminator poster for crying out loud with a black background like the first two posters.
This isn’t the Sarah Connor Chronicles this is fucking Terminator 5 featuring the original Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger!
I feel slightly numb to Terminator Genisys on a whole. I was expecting a kickass poster featuring ‘The Terminator’ instead we got an Emilia Clarke Sarah Connor (Ass) poster? She hasn’t even cemented herself into the role and I’m sorry but Linda Hamilton never had her own theatrical poster and she cemented her role and locked it down for me permanently. They didn’t have to stick her booty on a poster to get the teenagers interested. People were already interested because the first movie kicked ‘ass’ and not because a poster featured one.
So which poster do you prefer… the official Sarah Connor poster or the unofficial T-800 poster?

I have supported this movie from the beginning and I loved the trailer, with a few minor gripes here and there – however I have to say the official poster was the first time during the new movie’s production where I thought “what the hell are they doing? this poster looks awful!”
First of all its boring. Second of all why can we see only her backside and we can’t even see her face? And finally where is Arnold? He has top billing and is the reason why people are excited for the movie, If he wasn’t in the film a large percentage of potential tickets would suddenly disappear.
This poster will not get ANYONE hyped for anything. A minimalist and menacing poster featuring Arnold and only arnold is all we need. come on skydance, CAMW1N has laid down the gauntlet here with a fantastic fan poster, lets see you beat it.
